Long term parking

The 3rd basement is reserved for long term parking. There are in total 700 parking spaces which are primarily used by the inhabitants of Prague 5 and companies. For those interested in this product we have created the special email address parking@segece.cz on which you can negotiate the contract and arrange other parking conditions.

Our suggestion

In order to achieve a smooth flow of traffic in the car parks, we would like to recommend to our customers to make use of the parking places on the 2nd underground levels.

The car parks on the 1st and 2nd underground levels have two entrances to the shopping centre with travelators (the entrances are at the ends of the longer side of the car park) In the middle of the car park on the 1st and 2nd underground level there are elevators, emergency staircases and an area for shopping trolleys.

The Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre does not take any responsibility for any possessions or valuables left in your car.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire parking area.

When driving or moving in the parking area please pay attention to the signs,warning signs and instructions from the Security Guards.

On the weekends and national holidays you can take advantage of 5 hour free parking

The customers of the Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre have at their disposal 2,200 parking places, which can be found on 2 underground levels. From 31st October 2006 we are launching new parking management system; please refer to the following price conditions: first 3 hours are free of charge, on the weekends and national holidays 5 hour free parking.

• the first next hour is 50 CZK
• the second next hour is 70 CZK
• every other next hour is 100 CZK.
   

Parking opening houres till 31.12.2012:

SU-TH 6.50am – 11.59pm entrances and exits

SU-TH 0.00am – 1.30am exits only

FR-SA 6.50am – 11.59pm entrances and exits

FR-SA 0.00am – 2.30am exits only

No access to the parking lot will be allowed after 0.00 am to anyone who will not be in the centre at that time.

Practical information

The maximum height of cars allowed to park in the car parks is 1.8m, the maximum speed allowed is 10 km/h.
No entry for LPG propulsion cars.
There are the toilets with a changing table in the 1st basement by the entrance to SC.
The charging station for electric cars is available in the 2nd basement.
In case of any problem in the car park area contact the car park administration department situated in the 1st basement

Entrances

From Kartouzská Street coming from Prague city centre; entrance to the 1st level.

From Plzeňská Street coming from Smíchov station or after the exit from the Strahov tunnel coming from Strakonice/on the South Link Road/on Radlická Street; entrance to the 1st level.

From Plzeňská Street when leaving the Strahov tunnel coming from Dejvice; entrance to the 2nd level.

Exits

To Kartouzská Street, it is possible to continue into the Strahov tunnel towards Dejvice or into Plzeňská Street; exit from 1st level.

To Plzeňská Street – it is possible to continue along Plzenska Street to Řepy and to the slip road towards Plzeň, or to turn after 300 metres and drive into the Strahov tunnel towards Radlická Street / the Strakonice slip road / South Link Road; exit from the 2nd level.
