Operator's representation on personal data protection

Družstvo pro reklamu Obchodního centra Nový Smíchov, a co-operative registered at Plzeňská 8, Prague 5; VAT No. CZ26715902; Dr. 5619 incorporated at the Registration Court in Prague as the operator of these websites (hereinafter referred to as the „Operator“) represents that it protects personal data of Users in compliance with Act No. 127/2005 Coll., the Electronic Communications Act, and Act No. 1010/2000 Coll., the Personal Data Protection Act. The use of the basic part of Operator’s websites is not conditional upon the provision of personal data. Some features or applications, which form a part of Operator’s marketing activities, are enabled to Users only after login into the system under their selected name-nickname and selected password. A precondition for gaining such access and password is User's registration into the Operator's system, i.e. disclosure of certain personal data. Operator represents that such personal data shall be received, processed, updated and used solely in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and serve solely for marketing purposes of Operator, development of services for Users and ensuring communication between Operator and User. Operator’s use of personal data shall not be contrary to the legal order or Users’ interests. Operator shall collect, process, update and use personal data only with User’s consent. Operator may collect, process, update and use personal data, which include the name, address, telephone number, e-mail and date of birth of User. Operator may also collect data on User’s visits to Operator’s websites, in particular access frequency, time spent on websites, list of viewed subsites or results and statistic outputs in competitions and surveys.

Operator may use personal data for the purpose of provision of services to Users and may use them as a basis for creation of analyses on the use of such services by Users. Operator may contact Users with questions regarding development of services and within the framework of special marketing and promotional events by means of a letter, telephone or SMS, e-mail and Internet. Such sent information may have the nature of a commercial communication.

Operator may provide to Users information on products and services of third parties, which the Operator thoroughly examined and selected for cooperation, and may send to Users promotional and marketing information on such selected third parties, without providing Users' personal data to such third parties. Such sent information may have the nature of a commercial communication.

Operator shall not sell or transmit Users’ personal data to third parties without Users' consent. Operator shall apply for such consent in an adequate manner.

User may contact Operator at any time with the purpose of establishing what personal data about User’s person Operator collects and also with a request for removing User’s personal data from the system created for marketing and promotional purposes or for updating the same.
